Peter Billipp gained a diverse and enhanced comprehension of the commercial real estate industry from his twenty-two years (and counting) in a variety of disciplines. His most notable investment sales include transactions worth over $800 million and over 4 million square feet of industrial development projects as Principal or Development Manager. As a developer and investor, Peter has successfully negotiated extensively in the interest of his development and investment projects. After establishing the enabling experience and relationships in his career, Peter founded Skyhawk Partners over four years ago to activate his own entrepreneurial experience as a private development and investment platform, similar to his father’s firm J.A. Billipp Company that was founded in 1981.
On a personal level, Peter’s wife, Caroline, is the boss of the three-kid household, and Peter is constantly trying to gain some market share. Peter and Caroline relish their parenthood to Maddy, Meg, and Charlie. Peter loves good humor, which when he attempts to be funny, the laughter of his three sisters is much appreciated, albeit rarely received.
