Peter Botsaris established Botsaris Realty Group to continue a long tradition of excellence and expertise in retail leasing. For over twenty-five (25) years, Peter has been identified as a leading retail broker, serving the New York Metropolitan area. He was president of Garrick-Aug Associates Store Leasing, Inc., the city’s preeminent retail-focused real estate brokerage firm. During his career at Garrick-Aug, Peter consummated deals with nearly every major chain in America that populated New York City’s central business districts. Today, Peter routinely works with dominant retailers, including Lowe’s, Target, T.J. Maxx, Gap, Old Navy, CVS, H & M, Modell’s, Children’s Place, and Payless Shoes, among many others, as well as with most of the leading banks and restaurant chains. Peter has established himself as one of the most influential commercial real estate brokers in the outer borough markets. He has been responsible for as much of the retail landscape in the outer boroughs as any other broker.
