Peter Daniels is a member of the Cornish & Carey Commercial - Office Services Group, specializing in the leasing and sale of office properties and the sale of leased investments.
He began his commercial real estate career following graduation from Brigham Young University (BYU) in 1985. Returning to his home in Northern California, he joined the Sacramento office of Bishop Hawk specializing in office properties. In 1998, Bishop Hawk was acquired by Grubb & Ellis Company. In 1999 Peter was awarded the Grubb & Ellis National Circle of Excellence Award. He accepted an invitation to join Cornish & Carey in the spring of 2002.
During Peter’s commercial real estate brokerage career, he has successfully negotiated over 325 lease and sale transactions with a value in excess of $110 million dollars. He has vast experience and understanding of many aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including market surveys, property analysis, lease proposals, tenant improvement evaluation, lease and sale negotiations, investment analysis, due diligence and document preparations.
Peter and his wife, Stacy, have been married thirteen years and have four children. They live in Sacramento and together enjoy a variety of outdoor activities. As an active runner, he’s completed three marathons, most recently the 2003 Lake Tahoe Marathon.
