Peter Fontanetta, a real estate industry veteran with more than a decade of experience, serves as Senior Managing Director at Savitt Partners. In that capacity, he focuses on both tenant representation and agency assignments throughout the company’s nearly three-million-square-foot property portfolio. Prior to joining Savitt Partners, Peter was a Vice President and Assistant Director of Leasing and Marketing at Trinity Real Estate, the real estate arm of Trinity Wall Street Episcopal Church.
Peter currently works closely with Savitt’s industry-leading team of executives, tapping into his incredibly strong leasing and marketing background, in order to best serve the specific real estate requirements of his clients.
Peter earned his undergraduate degree from New York University and a law degree from New York Law School. He is a member of the New York Bar Association and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York.
He currently resides in Montclair, New Jersey with his wife and two children.
