Peter Gillett has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 2007 and joined Flaum Management Inc. in 2019. He specializes in third-party brokerage, providing strategic representation for both tenants and landlords across the office, medical, industrial and local retail sectors. In addition, he is actively involved in the leasing and marketing of Flaum’s property portfolio.
Peter is a member of SIOR and ICSC and currently serves as President of the NYSCAR Rochester Chapter. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from St. John Fisher College and a Master of Science in Service Leadership and Innovation from Rochester Institute of Technology. He is also a member of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors, the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors, and the Rochester Downtown Development Corporation.
Peter resides in Fairport, New York with his wife, Becca, and their two children, Jacob and Jolie
