Peter Gillett joined Flaum Management Inc. in 2019, where he assists in the leasing and marketing of the firm’s property portfolio, as well as third-party brokerage services. He currently serves as an Associate Real Estate Broker, specializing in sales, leasing, and both tenant and landlord representation across the office, medical, retail, and industrial sectors.
Peter is a member of SIOR and ICSC and serves as President of the NYSCAR Rochester Chapter.
Mr. Gillett has been involved in commercial real estate since 2005, with experience spanning both development and brokerage. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from St. John Fisher College and a Master of Science in Service Leadership and Innovation from Rochester Institute of Technology. He is also a member of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors, the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors, and the Rochester Downtown Development Corporation.
Peter resides in Fairport, New York with his wife, Becca, and their two children, Jacob and Jolie.
