Since starting his career with CBRE in 1997, Peter has specialized in retail brokerage transactions. Peter has extensive experience in working with national, regional and local retailers and restaurants in their search and negotiations for sites throughout Wisconsin. He has also assisted several retailers in the disposition of excess property. In addition to representing retailers, Peter also works with shopping center developers and property owners in leasing and selling retail properties throughout Wisconsin. Peter has demonstrated strong leadership skills within CBRE and the commercial real estate industry. Peter is the 2017 recipient of the CBRE Larry Perrish award. This is the highest honor bestowed upon a retail broker within CBRE and given for dedication, expertise and cooperation. In addition, he has been actively involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers as a former State and National board member. He has served as a guest speaker for UW-Milwaukee’s real estate program and Marquette University’s ACRE program. His involvement in the community includes serving as the board chair for Curative Care Network, a local non-profit organization that benefits individuals with disabilities.
