As Executive Vice President, Peter Kelly is responsible for all of Lincoln Property Company’s commercial real estate activities across the Midwest, which include acquisitions, dispositions, development, joint ventures, agency leasing, property management, construction management, receivership, and other services. Under Peter’s leadership, Lincoln Midwest has grown to over 15 million sq. ft. of assets under management across five states while consistently being nominated for Property Representatives of the Year and Deal of the Year by its peers at the annual Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards. Over the course of his career, Peter has successfully completed transactions with an aggregate dollar value in excess of $1.5 billion.
Peter joined Lincoln in a multi-faceted role in 2012. Prior to joining Lincoln, Peter was a Senior Vice President at Colliers International’s Office Advisory Group. Peter’s primary focus was assisting tenants and owners develop and implement strategic real estate plans including acquisition and disposition and lease negotiation. Throughout his career, Peter has been recognized as a top producer at local and national levels. Most recently, Peter was recognized as a Notable – Commercial Real Estate Leader by Crain’s in 2024.
