Peter Kusek serves as an Advisor at SVN | GASC, specializing in the sale and leasing of land, commercial and industrial properties in the Savannah MSA and the South Carolina Lowcountry. A seasoned real estate developer and investor, Kusek has spent over two decades as the lead on multiple mixed-use, retail, multifamily and residential projects in the Historic District of Savannah and other southeastern markets. He is a past recipient of the Historic Savannah Foundation Preservation Award, served on the Historic District Ordinance Revisions Committee and was a Technical Advisory Board Member at the Savannah Development and Renewal Authority. He continues to serve as the Managing Partner of The Magnolia Fund, a real estate investor/owner/developer.
Kusek began his career on Wall Street on the trading desk of a multi-strategy firm and then as an analyst at a long/short equity fund. He continues to actively trade derivatives and stay engaged with financial markets and data.
