Peter Melmed serves as the Senior Managing Director and National Practice Leader for Retail for Mill Creek and is responsible for overseeing the development, construction, and leasing of retail components of our multifamily communities. During his career, Mr. Melmed has been involved in the entitlement, development and construction of approximately 1,300 multifamily homes and over 3 million square feet of retail shopping centers.
Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Melmed served as a Vice President of Development and Construction for EDENS, a Development Director for Faison, owned and operated his own real estate business for over ten years and was a Vice President of Development and Property Management for GFS Realty, a subsidiary of Giant Food Inc.
