Bio
Peter Michaels is a Principal, Operations & Investments for Halstatt Real Estate Partners. In his role, Peter supports the firm’s acquisition, disposition, and operation of commercial real estate assets across Florida, the Southeast U.S., and Texas. His responsibilities include overseeing the financial modeling, deal analysis, and reporting on current assets performed by the Analyst and Associate team. He is also actively involved in managing fund operations and coordinating with Halstatt’s operating partners, as well as the administrative and accounting teams.
Prior to joining Halstatt in 2017, Peter held roles in Florida’s residential real estate market, focusing on investment, property management, and sales. Originally from Gainesville, FL, Peter earned a BS in Business Management and an MS in Real Estate from the University of Florida. Locally, he has served as an officer for the Urban Land Institute’s Southwest Florida Management Committee, the David Lawrence Centers Advocates, and Young Professionals of Naples.
