Bio
Peter Pace joined York Properties in 1994 and brings more than three decades of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, specializing in investment sales and leasing across office, retail, and flex product. Known for his relationship-driven approach, Peter values the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and considers the diversity of people he collaborates with to be one of the most rewarding aspects of his career.
Throughout his tenure at York, Peter has completed numerous notable transactions, including land sales and retail leasing for HK Capital Group, the $3.2 million sale of a retail center for Clear Path Asset Management, and the leasing of a 110,000-square-foot office development near downtown Raleigh for Hedgehog Holdings. Additional assignments include leasing a 120,000-square-foot flex development for Taft Family Properties and the sale of four investment properties for Leigh Properties.
Peter has been a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) since 2004. He is actively involved in the community through Finding Purpose Ministries and Asbury Global Methodist Church. Peter attended Woodberry Forest School and earned his degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, going to the beach, playing golf, and cheering on the Durham Bulls. He and his wife, Lisa, are proud parents and grandparents to a growing family.
