In a career spanning three decades, Peter Sabesan has developed a proven track record in representing both landlords and tenants.
With a client roster that includes American Express, Allianz Insurance Company, Chase Manhattan Bank and the New York Mercantile Exchange, Peter’s work has made a major contribution to the office landscape in Manhattan. Over the years, he has worked with financial services firms, banks, hedge funds, internet companies, fashions firms, and advertising agencies. Regardless of whom he represents, Peter’s mission is to assist his clients in locating the best space for their needs.
Peter’s career began after he graduated from Quinnipiac University, majoring in international business and marketing. He joined Helmsley Spear as an office leasing broker in downtown Manhattan. For the next five years he learned the ins-and-outs of the industry at one of New York’s signature real estate organizations. He then joined Cross & Brown as an associate broker before moving on to Sutton & Edwards where he became a managing director.
In 1990, he returned to Helmsley-Spear as Director of the Helmsley-Noyes downtown office and in 1997 co-founded the Hunter Realty Organization. Hunter Realty was built as a boutique firm providing quality representation for small to mid-sized companies throughout the city.
