Peter van der Vlugt is a real estate professional with ten years of experience across residential and investment transactions in Philadelphia and the surrounding region. In this time Peter has curated an expertise in the multifamily, mixed-use, and light commercial markets.
Peter’s career began in 2016 with the purchase of his first multifamily investment property. That early hands-on experience shaped his entrepreneurial approach to real estate and led him to work closely with investors seeking properties aligned with specific financial objectives and long-term portfolio strategies. Through this work, Peter developed a strong analytical framework for identifying assets with unique potential and navigating complex transactions with a human touch.
Peter was born in Philadelphia, and grew up in Swarthmore. He received a dual BA from the University of Vermont in Cultural Anthropology and Creative Writing. He now lives with his family near Clark Park in West Philadelphia. Peter is a dedicated father, lover of live music, nature, travel, and novel experience.
