With more than 40 years of experience in all phases of real estate, Mr. Wenzel has served as president of over 10 condominium associations. He is the past president of the Brickell Area Association, representing over 10,000,000 square feet of building owners and businesses in Miami's Brickell business district.
In addition to developing and owning the 32-story World Trade Center building associated with World Trade Centers around the globe, Mr. Wenzel has participated in or led several Chamber of Commerce missions to Europe and Asia to promote South Florida. He has completed building and converting two developments in the Jacksonville and Tampa markets, and is currently converting in the Gainesville market.
Mr. Wenzel's track record has proven to be among the leading developers in South Florida. The business community has recognized WIG for several years as one of the top 10 companies in its field.
