In his twenty-fourth year of investment real estate sales, Peter Wenzler has brokered over $1 Billion of investment real estate properties across 33 states and in the District of Columbia.
Peter has an excellent track record of fully satisfying the requirements of his clients’ many 1031/1033 tax deferred exchange transactions. Peter specializes in advising developers, institutions and private investors in the disposition and acquisition of single-tenant net-leased retail and industrial properties nationwide. Peter also has significant background in the brokerage of multi-family apartment and medical office properties.
A graduate of the Richard T. Farmer School of Business Administration at Miami University, Peter earned Bachelor of Sciences degrees in both Finance and Economics.
In his spare time Peter enjoys competitive sailboat racing, boating, skiing and spending quality time with family and friends.
