Phil Di Ruggiero is Engel & Völkers Washington DC's license partner and a residential and commercial real estate advisor for the brand. He has extensive experience across all price points and neighborhoods gained from 25+ years in real estate. Before joining E&V, for 11 years, he ran a local brokerage in Washington, DC, GreenLine Real Estate with co-founder Tom Spier. Phil has been involved in the industry since he earned his real estate license and bought his first investment property in his teens. Since 2004, he has been a full-time agent based in DC, specializing in new construction sales, marketing of luxury properties, and buyer representation. He has worked at UrbanLand Company as its Director of Marketing and Long; Foster Real Estate as a top producing agent. Phil is a graduate of George Washington University and loves traveling and experiencing different cultures. He now lives in the Barnaby Woods neighborhood of Northwest DC. He has also lived in the DC neighborhoods of Foggy Bottom, Dupont Circle, Eckington, Columbia Heights, and Petworth. Phil is fluent in Spanish and Italian.
