Bio
Phil Fischler works with business owners and medical professionals at pivotal moments, when the building tied to their practice or firm becomes part of a larger transition. His role is to bring clarity, structure, and confidence to what is often one of the most consequential financial decisions they will make.
As Founder and President of Fischler Property Company, Phil specializes in the sale of owner-occupied office and medical properties, where discretion, timing, and planning matter as much as pricing. Clients turn to him not for noise or pressure, but for a thoughtful strategy that’s grounded in real estate fundamentals and shaped around the realities of running a business.
Phil’s background spans engineering, development, and commercial brokerage, giving him a rare ability to evaluate a property not just as an asset, but as part of a larger operating and personal picture. He began his career at the national engineering firm Kimley-Horn, where he led one of the firm’s highest-producing divisions, became one of its youngest shareholders, and founded the firm’s Land Development University, an internal program created to develop future leaders. He later served as Vice President of Development for North American Properties Southeast, helping deliver Class-A, Publix-anchored shopping centers across Florida.
In 2009, Phil founded Fischler Property Company with a long-term vision: to guide complex commercial real estate decisions with professionalism and accountability, while helping shape the responsible growth of Southwest Florida. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in more than 10 million square feet of commercial real estate, representing over $1.5 billion in investment value.
Phil holds the CCIM designation, is a licensed real estate broker in Florida, and a licensed professional engineer in both Florida and Texas. He is a recognized CoStar Power Broker and an active member of ICSC, SIOR, and the U.S. Green Building Council, and holds LEED Accredited Professional status.
A third-generation Floridian, Phil earned degrees in civil engineering and mathematics from Florida State University. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife, Angela, and their twins, often exploring America’s cities and national parks. He is an active supporter of conservation, youth athletics, and community organizations, and serves on the Foundation and Executive Boards of the Florida Gulf Coast University College of Business.
