Phil has always loved real estate and at the age of 21 he received his real estate license. From that period on he has focused his energy on expanding his knowledge and strengthening his expertise which encompasses residential resale, new home sales and marketing, residential development, sales management and real estate promotional campaigning. Phil has valuable experience in the real estate industry and is widely respected by his colleagues and clients alike. Currently Phil is focusing on his representation of residential real estate properties throughout the Great Los Angeles and Ventura County areas.
Phil has won the prestigious Elan Award for the exceptional marketing and sales campaigns he develops for the clients he represents. He contributes his success to understanding the specific individual needs of his clients and fulfilling those needs with hard work and determination.
A Southern California native, Phil currently resides in Thousand Oaks with his wife Nanette. They are proud parents of three children; their 35-year-old son Jonathan, 25-year-old daughter Melissa and 22-year-old son Brian.
