Born and raised in a real estate family in Grimsby, Ontario, Phil Golfi has been immersed in the world of real estate from a young age. With a strong foundation built on putting clients first, Phil brings both passion and professionalism to every transaction.
Since launching his real estate career in 2016, Phil has become one of the region’s most trusted and accomplished agents. His dedication to excellence has earned him numerous accolades, including being named one of RE/MAX Canada’s Top 30 Under 30, his induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2020, and most recently, the prestigious RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award in 2024—a milestone that reflects his consistent success and unwavering commitment to his clients.
Phil currently lives in Burlington, Ontario, and proudly services clients throughout the Hamilton and Halton areas, offering local expertise and market insights that make a real difference when buying or selling.
Before entering the real estate world, Phil earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Niagara College in 2015. During his studies, he was awarded the Ontario Global Edge Award, which led to an international placement with the Caribbean Export Development Agency in Barbados. There, he conducted market intelligence research to identify new trade opportunities—a unique experience that sharpened his analytical and strategic skills.
Phil also gained valuable experience in mortgage financing during his time at CIBC, which gave him a well-rounded understanding of the financial side of real estate. Joining The Golfi Team was a natural next step, allowing him to combine his industry knowledge, client-first mindset, and family values into every transaction.
