As a native New Yorker, Philip has always had a passion for real estate. While attending Syracuse University Philip saw a need for Student housing and purchased 150 Units in Herkimer NY where he ended up turning the units into student housing, and that's how his career in real estate Began.
After working for a few years for someone else, in 2007 he ventured out on his own and starting Katz NYC. Phil saw a need for his network to be able to rely on someone they trusted to guide them in a city that was essentially his backyard.
Philip's Primary focus is Retail and Office leasing throughout NYC.
His business is referral based and he relies on his vast network ranging from Finance to Fashion to keep him busy, there is not an industry he hasn't worked with.
In addition to brokerage, Philip is an owner of Multi Family Properties as well as office buildings in NYC, which enables him to see transactions from all sides benefiting his clients by leveraging his knowledge of real estate and ultimately securing them the best deal.
