Phil is owner of N. B. Knapke Company, which has developed, managed and brokered millions of square feet of retail, industrial and office properties in northeast Indiana.
Phil joined BND Commercial as part of the Goldstine Knapke acquisition in August 2010. He has worked in all areas of commercial real estate, with a focus on development. In 1992, Phil, Steve Wesner and David Norton founded the Goldstine Knapke Company. He was part of the land acquisition team for the Fort Wayne General Motors plant and has developed many industrial and retail centers in northeast Indiana. He currently manages over 1.2 million square feet of properties.
Phil is a graduate of Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is a member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors (ICBOR), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Indiana Economic Development Association and the Indiana Association of REALTORS.®
Phil and his wife, Sherry, live in Fort Wayne. They have three children and six grandchildren.
