Philip joined the Institutional Services Group in July 2025 as an Analyst. In his current role, he is actively involved in underwriting, leasing, and valuation of industrial properties throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. His responsibilities include financial modeling, market analysis, and supporting transaction execution for both acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining the team, he gained valuable experience at NNN Pro Group and Commonfund.
