Bio
Philip brings with him over three decades of sector expertise, predominantly from an institutional client base, joining from Allsop where he was a long standing Partner within the commercial auctions team. He follows in the footsteps of Gary Murphy, who joined Savills from Allsop in June 2023 and Ben Hodge who also made the move from Allsop in 2024.
Philips appointment marks a significant strategic addition to Savills’ market leading auctions business, strengthening a team that continued to set the benchmark for the industry in 2025.
