Philip Price joined Colliers in 2023 as an Executive Vice President in the firm’s Houston office, bringing with him more than 27 years of local, national and international real estate experience. Mr. Price specializes in tenant representation and corporate advisory services, focusing on assisting corporate clients and professional firms with the planning and development of occupancy and workplace strategies, disposition and acquisition of real estate assets, project feasibility analysis, merger and acquisition due diligence, and lease negotiations.
