Philippe Bastien is an analyst and junior broker with the Québec Capital Markets Team at Avison Young, playing an instrumental role in supporting the execution of investment transactions across all asset classes, including underwriting, promoting, and due diligence support.
Philippe brings 10 years of commercial real estate investment experience, honed through various roles at Ivanhoé Cambridge. He has worked across all sectors of real estate, managing portfolios and partnerships throughout North America while driving strategic investments. His adeptness in navigating both institutional and private sectors has given him a deep understanding of the industry.
Philippe previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield as a research analyst and a tenant representation broker, where he supported clients in with their real estate needs.
