During his tenure there and in his previous role as Branch Manager, he was instrumental in leading multidisciplinary teams and streamlining complex operations, developing a reputation for high-level problem-solving and disciplined execution.
Prior to his time at Davies, Phillip spent nearly five years with The Littleton Group’s Western Division in Austin, where he rose from Claims Adjuster to Branch Manager.
