Phillip Grafe specializes in multifamily investment sales, debt advisory, and equity placement across Central and South Texas. He has extensive experience in market-rate housing and affordable housing, including LIHTC transactions, as well as financing strategies through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD.
As a key member of Colliers’ Central & South Texas Multifamily team, Phillip has contributed to its impressive track record of over $7 billion in closed transactions. He continues to play a vital role in the team’s success, serving as a trusted advisor to institutional and private apartment owners and developers.
Geographic Coverage: San Antonio, Austin, and secondary markets across Texas.
Phillip has nearly seven years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with previous roles at Northmarq and JLL before joining Colliers. His background spans from Capital Markets Analyst to Capital Markets Investment Sales, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the industry.
He holds a master’s degree in Land & Property Development, equipping him with a strong foundation in real estate.
Additionally, during his tenure in an analytics role, he underwrote 500+ deals, further solidifying his financial understanding and expertise in the Capital Markets space across Central and South Texas.
