Phillip joined SHOP Companies to establish the Central Texas offices in San Antonio and Austin. Phillip brings with him an innovative perspective & a deep understanding of Retail, Mixed Use and Hospitality Projects.
In his role at SHOP, Phillip is principally focused on the acquisition, repositioning and disposition of real estate investments. Phillip also plays an active role in sourcing and managing new client relationships for SHOP across Texas.
After graduating from Texas Christian University, Phillip spent nearly a decade between Birnbaum Property Company and CBRE where he gained valuable experience in brokerage and development. Phillip is a member of the Advisory Board for the TCU Real Estate Center and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
