Pitzer Gills joined Cushman and Wakefield Tampa in 2026 to continue working in industrial brokerage alongside Trey Carswell, Lisa Ross, Sam Korolos, and Melissa Watterworth. His responsibilities include market research, database management, and tenant outreach, in addition to supporting property listings and marketing initiatives.
Prior to working at Cushman and Wakefield Tampa, Pitzer Gills joined Lee & Associates Newport Beach in 2025 and worked alongside senior leadership to manage a diverse portfolio of office and industrial properties across Southern California.
Pitzer has been involved in leasing and sales transactions representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers. His hands-on experience in property analysis, valuation, and client service provides him with a strong foundation for delivering strategic solutions in today’s competitive market.
With an MBA from LSU Shreveport and a background in entrepreneurship, Pitzer combines financial insight, product knowledge, and a client-focused approach to help businesses and investors maximize the value of their real estate decisions.
