PJ has represented landlords including Asana Partners, H-E-B Grocery Company, Heitman, Simon Property Group, Kimco, RD Management, Cordova Real Estate Ventures, Mimco, and Riverside Resources, among others. On the tenant side he has worked with McDonald’s, Xponential Fitness, Visionworks, Take 5 Oil, and several well-known restaurants, among others.
PJ was an Analyst at J.P. Morgan Chase and Co. and a Development Intern for Endeavor Real Estate Group. PJ earned his BBA degree from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Finance and a minor in Accounting.
