Prakash has over 25 years of experience leading professional teams to invest in, develop and manage institutional-quality real estate across all major property types and major markets in Canada, the US, Asia, and the MENA region.
Most recently, Prakash was the Chief Investment Officer of Triovest Realty Advisors. In that role Prakash created a private equity co-investment business, raising over $2B (Cad) of committed capital through segregated accounts and pooled funds, and investing in $1.4b of opportunistic real estate that consistently achieved outsized investment returns in excess of 20% annualized (levered).
