Bringing more than 20 years of apartment brokerage and appraisal experience to the table, Preston is well suited to represent clients looking to expand their portfolios and maximize their investments in the hot Southeastern multifamily housing market.
Since joining the ?rm in 2015, Preston has completed over 60 transactions with approximately 8,000 units, valued at nearly $200 million and earned Sales Recognition Awards in 2016, 2021 and 2022. Preston was inducted into SIA in 2023.
A Birmingham native, Preston attended Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi and enjoys hunting, ?shing and spending time with his wife and daughter in his free time.
