In the past five years, Preston Davis and his team closed over 200 deals encompassing the sale or lease of more than 2,000,000 square feet with a total transaction value over $100,000,000.
Mr. Davis concentrates his efforts on industrial, office and investment properties. His expertise includes investment analysis, real estate entitlement, real estate development, financial analysis, accounting, real estate management and city planning relations.
Mr. Davis began his real estate career in 1992 in Provo, Utah as a developer of Brigham Young University’s approved off-campus housing. He has been a commercial real estate agent since 2003, and led Newmark’s industrial division in Utah County. In his first year as an agent, Mr. Davis sold more than $3 million in real estate, earning him the prestigious “200%” award.
In 2004, Mr. Davis helped to develop a $4 million state-of-the-art, self-storage facility and began building a comprehensive real estate database. This unparalleled and proprietary database contains more than 6,400 investors, 2,100 buildings, 3,900 businesses and 8,700 vacant parcels of land. Mr. Davis and his team manager, Kevin Ford, continually update this information in order to identify leasing and sales opportunities that would otherwise go unseen through public channels of marketing.
Mr. Davis and his wife, Judy Fletcher Davis, are the parents of two boys and two girls.
