Preston Lynn is Senior Managing Director in Savills San Diego office, responsible for providing exceptional support to clients with advisory and transaction management services as it relates to acquisitions, relocations, expansions, and lease renewals. Preston is astute at applying clients’ short and long-term goals to innovative and strategic real estate solutions. He applies cutting-edge technology and business acumen to help clients make strategic decisions that drive growth. Prior to joining Savills, Preston was First Vice President with CBRE in Dallas, where he represented local and national clients. During his tenure, he also spearheaded new business development in the region. Preston’s experience reveals a proven track record of negotiating complex, multimillion-dollar transactions for a diverse client base. He is a recognized advisor to C-level executives, leveraging his extensive knowledge of commercial real estate to optimize client portfolios. Preston’s industry expertise helped guide notable transactions including securing Salesforce’s Dallas office for 104,870 square feet (sf), National Life Group’s office expansion at 115,000 sf and Alkami Technology’s headquarters for 125,000 sf. Preston and his wife relocated to San Diego to pursue his MBA at the University of California San Diego in 2020. With unwavering dedication, Preston balanced his demanding MBA coursework with his full-time commitment to serving his clients nationally. Preston’s professional accomplishments were recognized by D Magazine as “D CEO Power Broker” in 2020. He is also active in the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and The Real Estate Council. Preston is proud of his service on the Board of Directors for TCU’s Young Alumni.
