Bio
As Development Manager with Seefried Properties since 2018, Mr. Pruett is responsible for land acquisition due diligence, land development, building construction and tenant improvements for build-to-suit and speculative projects throughout the Western Region of U.S.
Throughout his nine-year career in industrial real estate, Mr. Pruett has been involved in the development of several million square feet of space nearing $300 million in project value.
