Mr. Tobin serves as Director of Asset Management and is responsible for managing Berkeley’s existing industrial investments.
Prior to joining Berkeley Partners, Mr. Tobin began his career working in the Real Estate Banking group of JPMorgan, concentrating on ground-up construction lending across asset classes in markets nationwide. Prior to JPMorgan, Mr. Tobin worked for the real estate investment team of Sundance Bay focusing on value-add multifamily investments.
