Priyesh Patel is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office. Specializing in gas station and convenience store investment sales, he advises property owners and investors on acquisitions, dispositions and investment strategies throughout Houston and across Texas.
Drawing on firsthand experience as a business owner and commercial real estate operator, Patel brings an owner’s perspective to every transaction. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he owned and operated a PostNet printing and shipping franchise and expanded into commercial real estate ownership, acquiring and operating an 18,500-square-foot retail shopping center in Richmond, Texas, along with a laundromat business. His background in property operations, leasing, asset management and value-add execution provides clients with practical insight into ownership challenges and investment opportunities.
Patel focuses on helping gas station and convenience store owners, private investors and operators evaluate market conditions, maximize asset value and navigate complex transactions. He has completed commercial real estate transactions totaling more than $5.5 million and leverages his entrepreneurial experience to help clients make informed investment decisions.
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Patel earned a degree in Finance with a minor in Business Management from the University of Houston C.T. Bauer College of Business. Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball and golf and is a passionate supporter of Houston sports teams.
