Chad Moore is a seasoned hospitality executive with more than 24 years of experience. He is the managing director and founder of Beacon Hospitality, which focuses on lodging construction, lodging management, and real estate development.
Prior to founding Beacon, Mr. Moore served as general manager for The Bellmoor Inn and Spa for 14 years, which has been recognized and named to the Zagat’s list of US Top 100 Hotels, Resorts and Spas. He also served as a director for Coastal Properties I, LLC, a hospitality holding company. Mr. Moore also served on the Board of Directors for the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce and is also a member of the Small Business Alliance of the DSCC, serving as Co-Chair between 2011-2013.
