David Edwards has been involved in the real estate industry for 30 years. He brings to CEAH Realtors his expertise in the area of preparing real estate appraisals for commercial and residential properties as well as providing consulting and asset management services in the Kansas City Metro Area. Edwards has worked nationally with Fluor Daniel - a leading engineering and construction company - providing project management, acquisition and appraisal services to a variety of Federal, State and local government agencies.
Edwards received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green. He has also successfully completed numerous examinations of the Appraisal Institute as well as the American Society of Appraisers.
Licenses and certifications have included: Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), Missouri State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, Kansas Certified General Real Property Appraiser, Missouri Real Estate Salesperson, and Kentucky Certified General Real Property Appraiser. Professional Memberships have included the Independence Chamber of Commerce, Urban Land Institute, and the International Right of Way Association.
