Mr. Hill has been the Senior Vice President - Outpatient Medical since January 2020. Before joining Healthpeak, he held the position of Executive Vice President within the Healthcare Capital Markets Group of JLL (NYSE: JLL), a leading global commercial real estate services company. Prior to his role at JLL, Mr. Hill served in various investment-related capacities at Welltower Inc. (NYSE: WELL), a healthcare REIT, from March 2008 to June 2018, culminating in his role as Senior Vice President - Business Development. Mr. Hill holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master of Science from the University of Toledo, and a Bachelor of Science from Ohio University.
