San Francisco resident from 1979 and property owner starting in 1980. Preservationist for San Francisco and the Bay Area as a member of The Art Deco Society of California. Graduate of California State University, Long Beach, with emphasis in accounting and finance, Additional training in accounting and governmental accounting at Golden Gate University.
