2026 marks Michael Francis’ 23rd year in the commercial real estate industry. He has built a successful practice as a real estate investment broker specializing exclusively in the hospitality industry. Michael joined Newmark Mountain West in October 2020, bringing with him deep industry expertise and a proven track record of results.
Prior to Newmark Mountain West, Michael spent 17 years with Marcus & Millichap as a First Vice President of Investments, where he was consistently ranked among the firm’s top 15 hospitality agents nationwide.
Michael is widely recognized for his ability to execute complex, high-stakes transactions and for the exceptional quality of his offering memoranda, underwriting, financial analysis, and escrow management. Over the course of his career, he has successfully closed more than 150 transactions representing in excess of $800 million in total sales volume.
