Rachael Ryan is a tenant representative at Stream Realty Partners, where she focuses on transaction management and supports new business development efforts. She works with office and industrial occupiers across Chicago and nationally, guiding clients through lease renewals, relocations, expansions, and subleases.
Rachael is a licensed Illinois broker and a Chicago native. She serves on the Associate Board of Cara, a nonprofit dedicated to workforce development. She earned her BBA in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, with minors in Digital Studies and Graphic Design. She is also involved with YOBA and supports Mercy Home for Boys and Girls and Catholic Extension Society.
