Rachel Callender joined SRS in 2024. Rachel specializes in both tenant and landlord representation across the Mid-Atlantic region and plays a key role in supporting regional rollouts for prominent retail and restaurant brands. She also collaborates closely with real estate owners on the strategy and execution of both urban and suburban developments. Before joining SRS, Rachel was on JLL’s Mid-Atlantic Retail Advisory team.
Rachel’s expertise spans site selection, lease negotiations, financial analysis, and retail strategy development. Rachel also brings an entrepreneurial sensibility with a background in brand and performance marketing, offering a unique blend of skills that helps her clients navigate the intersection of real estate, market positioning and business growth.
