Rachel started her career with Hudson Peters Commercial as a Transaction Manager. In this position, she has worked from beginning to end on sales and leasing projects; communicated and coordinated with clients, reviewed contracts, and conducted market research. In addition, she designed new company systems, created forms and marketing materials and streamlined company efficiencies.
Rachel brings a skillset of space planning and graphic design to help her clients see potential for space configuration. Prior to becoming an agent, Rachel received her Master’s Degree in Interior Architecture from Kansas State University and worked in the Architecture/Design Industry.
Her expertise includes capital improvement design and space planning. Rachel’s involvements include; co-chair of both the Marketing and Communication Committee and the Member Services Special Events for CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women). She is actively involved in The Urban Land Institute and Ladies in CRE.
