Prior to joining LTC, Rachel was Senior Vice President at Bank of America where she held various financial leadership positions of increasing responsibility focused on accounting, reporting, internal controls, and system implementation. Rachel began her career as a certified public accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Los Angeles, California.
