Rachel Wikan is the Vice President and Regional Director of the Mid-Atlantic Region, with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and has been with Lincoln Property Company collectively for nearly 9 years. Although specializing in Medical Office space, she has managed and provided leasing and brokerage services for a diverse mix of commercial properties during her career.
Rachel is responsible for oversight of the Mid-Atlantic Region; consisting of nearly 2.5 million sq. ft. of medical office space throughout Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee; and 3.4 million sq. ft. of industrial warehouse space in the Nashville Market. The region represents 20 different clients and is supported by a team of 26, that are strategically located throughout the region in 7 offices.
