Racine Leahy’s responsibilities include new tenant and renewal leasing of RockStep’s properties. She is also part of the executive team in building relationships with tenants, communities, investors and service professionals.
Racine brings 22 years of retail real estate experience in accounting, management and leasing, including 17 years with St. Louis based THF Realty, Inc., in which she executed leases with over 50 national tenants. She enjoys the art of negotiation and has a strong attention to detail. Racine received a BAA from Fontbonne University and minor in accounting from University of Missouri -St. Louis.
