Radha Bhatia is the Chairperson of Bird Group, a family run business, founded in the year 1971. She completed her schooling from Sophia Girls School and has a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Allahabad University. She began her professional journey as a teacher as she was passionate about training and imparting career-oriented skills to youth. She is the force behind Bird Academy, her dream project and the education arm of Bird Group, an IATA and DGCA approved travel, hospitality & aviation institute which was founded in the year 1998. Since its inception, the institute has trained thousands of young professionals who are successfully employed in India and overseas in the burgeoning travel, tourism, aviation and hospitality industries.
